Randy Chaplinski, a lifelong resident of Kankakee County, is a licensed Illinois attorney with over 45 years of legal and community banking experience. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and a law degree from John Marshall Law School (now University of Illinois Chicago School of Law).

Randy also serves on the board of the Bishop McNamara Catholic School Foundation.

Randy and his wife Pat reside in Bourbonnais. They have two adult children and four grandchildren.
